A father & son team, the Hoefles

were home brewers

for the better part of a decade before

taking their kombucha public.

Stu's background as a geologist gave him

the ability to science our kombucha

into a consistent full-bodied,

pure tasting, effervescent

alternative beverage.

Mitch's background as a landscaper

lent the creative and daring side

to the flavor profiles.

Together the two brewers have come

up with what we affectionately call,

"The Big Booch!"
